Consultations/Sample Kits

I only do design or consults for orders of $250 or more. I usually work out details for smaller cakes via email/messenger. I do have customer reviews on my page which could help with your decision in choosing Simply Delicious Cakery for your special occasion.
Sample Kits are available for 100+ servings. They are $25.00 for 3 flavors and 3 fillings, buttercream and ganache. If booked the price of samples goes towards finally cost of cake order.
Retainers are required to book and reserve a date. Retainers are non-refundable and can be paid through PayPal. Wedding order retainers can be paid in person or through PayPal and must have contract signed.
I will only book up to 1 month in advance for Party Cake Orders and 6 months in advance for Wedding Cake Orders.

Terms & Conditions

All Cakes made by Simply Delicious Cakery are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your initial deposit of $50.00 reserves your event date and is non-refundable.

2. We must receive the balance by the date indicated or contract is null and void, and retainer will not be refunded.

3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavor of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Pricing for Delivery and setup for wedding and party orders is based on location.

5. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

6. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Simply Delicious Cakery's possession.

8. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

9. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

10. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any injury caused by or because of any services or provision of cake. Please note that tiered, stacked or structured cakes often have armature, internal structures and supports that, while food safe and appropriate for use in the cake, may cause injury.

11. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Simply Delicious Cakery to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

12. Cancelation must be done 72 hours in advance or cake will have to be paid in full.

13. Payment of retainer for all orders, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
